Private Label Candles

Who is Private label for?

Typically we work with clients come from small to medium sized retail stores, insurance, real estate and other large groups looking to "brand" their candles for either B2C or Marketing purposes. Although you do not have the type of creative freedom found within Contract Manufacturing, you will have a few options to make your project reflective of you and your brand or business.

How does Private Label Work?

We will offer you the option to purchase one of our candle libraries. This is a candle sample kit and you'll be able to smell an assortment of our candle scents. There is a cost associated with this kit, however, if you return it before your order ships we will apply a credit on your final invoice.

Once you've selected the scent(s) you'll need to select one of our core candle containers. If you want to drop ship containers other than ones we already have, please contact us.  We will need to determine if the container is candle safe and in most cases do preliminary test burns before we were to start your order.

Lastly, you'll need to have a label designed for your candle unless you plan on selling without a label. If you need help designing labels please let us know and we can provide you with additional resources.

Are there any up front costs?

At the very least, you'll be required to pay a project start deposit which is 75%. Once the deposit has been paid, production will begin and at that time, we will not accept cancellations of orders.  If you need to cancel an order after production has begun there is a 50% NON REFUNDABLE cancellation fee that we will pull from the project start deposit. Every Private Label order is made specifically for the client.

Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

With a background in retail, we know how important it is to be able to test a product without having to have a lot of cash tied up. Our Private Label Candles reflect a low price point and MOQ. Starting at a 24-piece minimum per scent.

How long does production take?

Wholesale is poured on demand and can take up to 7 business days to ship.

Private label is also poured on demand but can take longer depending on the other elements, like client supplied labels or containers. In most cases we can ship private label projects within 14 business days.

Contract Manufacturing can take up to 3 – 6 months to complete the project, there are a lot of moving parts, testing, prototyping and sampling done to make sure we deliver a product that exceeds your expectations.

Is your facility open for tours?

At this moment, our small and mighty facility is going through changes and not open for tours, however we do have a meeting room that is available if you’re within the surrounding area and would like to take an in-person meeting with us.

What type of wax do you use?

We use soy wax, it’s our wax of choice for several reasons. However, if you require a different wax or a wax blend, we’d love to have that discussion with you.

Are your oils safe?

Yes, we utilize essential oils as often as possible. Our oils are all phthalate free and in most cases body safe. Are you looking for an all essential oil candle? We can help you with that!

Do you ship motor freight, LTL?
