How the process works

Select a Candle Container
We have 3 core container sizes to chose from - 1.5, 3 and 8 oz. If you want to drop ship containers other than ones we already have, please contact us. We will need to determine if the container is candle safe and in most cases do preliminary test burns before we were to start your order.

Design Your Label
Lastly, you'll need to have a label designed for your candle unless you plan on selling without a label. If you need help designing labels please let us know and we can provide you with additional resources.

Are there any up front costs?
At the very least, you'll be required to pay a project start deposit which is 75%. Once the deposit has been paid, production will begin and at that time, we will not accept cancellations of orders. If you need to cancel an order after production has begun there is a 50% NON REFUNDABLE cancellation fee that we will pull from the project start deposit. Every Private Label order is made specifically for the client.
